I believe that as individuals, we are all capable of great growth and change. Life is a process.
I work with clients to change behavior that prevents them from achieving their goals and keeps them stuck in patterns that are undesirable. Together, we work on building healthy relationships. We evaluate long and short term goals and work together to make them achievable. We discuss the progress to continue moving in a positive direction.
I focus on coping skills, identifying a client's strengths, and building on what currently works in their lives. Utilizing core values and compassion and integrity, I work with clients to experience a balanced, joyful life.
